Actuate Therapeutics recently announced the enrollment of its first patient in an international randomized controlled Phase 2 trial of elraglusib (9-ING-41) in combination with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel for the first-line treatment of pancreatic cancer. Elraglusib is Actuate’s proprietary small molecule glycogen synthase kinase-3 beta (GSK-3β) inhibitor which is being developed for the treatment of adults and children with advanced refractory cancers.
