Marlow Hicks graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering Science and later earned a Master of Science in Project Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He joined UI Pharmaceuticals following his role at the Delaware Manufacturing Enterprise Partnership in Newark, Delaware, where he provided consulting services to small and mid-sized manufacturing companies, helping drive revenue growth and improve profitability.

Prior to that, Marlow served as Senior Director at Thermo Fisher Scientific, overseeing operations and revenue for both over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription (Rx) drug development businesses. With a career spanning global multi-site operations, he has led production facilities across diverse markets, delivering results through strategic oversight of plant engineering, production planning, and inventory optimization.
